The Uniform Division of the U.S. Secret Service is located near the 
National Cathedral.  So, Why they would be blazing along Wisc. Ave. is a 
mystery.  Not a surprise for MPD 2D officers' to be doing that, but 
definitely U.S. Secret Service.

I don't think Pres. Trump suddenly decided to go to a bistro for a 
hearty sub.
