[Scan-DC] US Park

Thanks Jeff.  As I mentioned, down here at the PG/Chas Co line near Marshall
Hall, the only thing that is hearing them is my outside antenna.  I'm not
hearing them on any of my other "normal" portable gear, and that was NOT the
case as recently as a week ago.

I haven't noticed any difference in the 166.925 and 166.725 
transmissions in the past 20 years.
