[Scan-DC] New U.S. Park Police new digital system programing question.

Hello,

 

For the new U.S. Park Police digital radio system, if I have a 436HP do I
need to program the new frequencies as a trunk system or can I just program
it as a conventional frequency?  It is my understanding that is not a trunk
system but is a simulcast VHF P25.  I currently hear data but no audio.
