Alexander Ovechkin Transmits Special Message on US Park Police Radio during Capitals Victory Parade



Washington- On Tuesday June 12, 2018, Alexander Ovechkin (Captain of the Washington Capitals #8) broadcast a special message over the United States Park Police Radio on the Special Events Channel, during the Washington Capitals Victory Parade.
