[Scan-DC] Get your BAOFENG before it is too late???

If this enforcement is successful I think the manufactures will at least
soft limit the transmit to the ham bands.  This could be bad news for hams,
because I don't think the popularity of these cheap radios will go down
among unlicensed users, they'll keep buying them but they'll be
concentrated in the ham bands.  It is not like there are so many QSOs
taking place that there wouldn't be room for plenty of unlicensed
operators, but the lack of knowledge about signals their cheap HT can't
hear, the weak signal stuff in the lower eighth of the 2 meter band for
example, could really lead to a lot of interference problems.
