[Scan-DC] Questionable police activity in progress, Montgomery county

Mr. Clouse,

The poster's use of "questionable police activity" caught my attention.  
I was curious as to what was so questionable. Apparently it was related 
to inconveniencing traffic flow and not an efficient use of law 
enforcement resources.  I agree 100% with your belief vice it being a 
numbers count result of how many actual drunk drivers were caught.  One 
drunk driver is one too many.  I also hope that other violators of US 
local, state and federal laws of were arrested.
