This is radio I bought and carried to hotels last fall for a USAF Windows
10 refresh. It has seen almost zero use. I am offering it on a first come
first serve to SCAN-DC folks as I need the money for travel on a possible
new contract that be coming up.

The buyer saves 30.00 off retail and gets a perfect condition (no box)
unit. here is the ad I am running in CL.

*This is a great savings for Hams who know what this is and what it sells
for . The radio is 90.00 retail and I will let it go for 60.00 cash and
local pickup in Leesburg VA. Is less than 6 months old and perfect
condition. Used this as a travel radio while working a AF contract last
winter, treated it like a jewel which is what it is. See specs and pics
below. The CountyComm GP-5/SSB GEN 3 is an updated version of the wildly
successful GP-5/SSB. Like its predicessor, it provides serious HF
communications monitoring in a unique form factor and at a great price. The
radio covers medium wave 520-1710 kHz shortwave 1711-30000 kHz and the FM
band in stereo. It will even cover longwave 150-520 kHz, when the 9 kHz AM
step is selected. Unlike most radios in this price category, the GP-5/SSB
provides LSB and USB single sideband reception with its own narrow
bandwidth. It has a very unique Easy Tuning Mode (ETM). ETM does more than
the usual ATS. It scans all frequencies without taking up the memory
spaces. So you get quick access to all local stations. Great for the
traveller. There are also 550 regular memories (100 AM, 100 FM, 250
shortwave and 100 for SSB) available for tuning into your favorite
stations. Another unique feature of the radio is its removable, directional
AM ferrite antenna. This directional antenna clearly enhances AM band
reception. The CountyComm GP-5/SSB GEN3 employs DSP (Digital Signal
Processing) technology, improving clarity and tone quality. There is even
an adjustable sleep timer. The "AM Antenna Input" jack on the top panel
connects to both the medium wave and shortwave sections of the radio.
Specific enhancements for this "GEN 3" version include: colored keys,
stainless steel whip antenna, louder audio and longer run time. Excellent
condition and less than 6 months old. Original manual and accessories.
First 60.00 cash local pickup or Paypal with another 8.00 to the total to
ship, takes it, no "haggle" on price need the cash for Metrorail. Simple to
use. Great little bug out radio and DSP is unreal! See the review on this
radio here. http://www.miklor.com/GP5/GP5-Review.php
