[Scan-DC] Ellicott City flooding

I'm tuned to Balco, and there have been water rescues from vehicles,
building collapses, and water in basements. These calls are coming
in from all over the county. Hard rain and lots of cloud to ground
lightning here, and lots of rain. Lots of rain. Torrents even...

(I'm in NW Balco near the city line)

Flash flooding on Main St. Ellicott City. CNN showing video that looks like flooding disaster of a few years ago. Possible building collapse.
