[Scan-DC] WSJ article on AM DXing

This is a great article and it's beautifully written.

Back in the late 60s, when I was in college, I used to have a weekend job 
doing morning newscasts at a radio station in Binghamton, NY. I had to be at 
the station at 4:30am and had an hour's drive, along Route 79, from Ithaca. 
My company on that drive, along with an occasional semi, was CKLW, WCFL and 
WABC. The commute would have been a lot tougher without them.
