[Scan-DC] Whistler scanner

I can assure you that there are those of us with Whistler (and former 
GRE) scanners who find the Uniden programming software and scanners near 
impossible to use as it seems so horribly organized.  It is the case 
that if you are used to Uniden's or Whistler's way of organizing things, 
then the other's way seems confusing and takes getting used to.  The 
learning curve is probably the same for both.  I bought 2 recent Uniden 
scanners and gave them away for that reason and stuck with Whistler.
