& I don't care if "they" know that I feel that way...

 District of Columbia AlertDC system.    As part of a
 regional exercise, the District of Columbia is testing
 itsWireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) system on Thursday, April
 5, 2018, between10-11 a.m. Cell phones or mobile devices
 located in the District will receive atest message that
 reads: “This is a test of the District of Columbia
 WirelessEmergency Alerts System. No action required”. The
 alert triggers a loud noisewhile displaying a text message
 on the device(s). Additionaljurisdictions participating in
 the test include: City of Alexandria, City ofBowie, City of
 College Park, City of Fairfax, City of Falls Church, City
 ofGaithersburg, City of Greenbelt, City of Takoma Park, City
 of Manassas, City ofManassas Park, City of Rockville,
 Arlington County, Charles County, FairfaxCounty, Frederick
 County, Loudoun County, Montgomery County, Prince
 George'sCounty and Prince William County.  Youmay receive
 more than one message as WEA uses carrier tower to
