Where would they have kept their radios?

 years and years and years ago, I knew a guy working at (what
 was then) AAFB who had an Ercoupe.
 
 More off-topic: Amtrak locomotive number 4,
 which was at the end of the train taking Republicans to the
 Greenbrier last week, was the second unit on northbound
 Amtrak train 20 Thursday morning. I saw it from the Braddock
 Road Metrorail stop. Being at the rear, it sustained no
 damage in the collision. Amtrak 20 left Alexandria 24
 minutes early Thursday. Yes, early. If you still have your
 paper timetables, you can read in the fine print,
 "Stops only to discharge passengers; train may leave
 before time shown."
