Yes, it is helpful for when you don't want to use the Live FCC or they are
down
And it does break down the licenses by emission, so you can search for mode.
Problems are:
Multiple Near-by Counties - so go with a State
Those licenses that went with Multi-mode, so they appear in more than one
search
Over All, a helpful web site
When it first came out there was lots of RadioReference chatter about it..
