[Scan-DC] D.C. Animal Control Radio ID, Please?

Thank you Dewey, Tom and Michael.

I was under the impression that the Humane Society had leased radios on a 
local LTR network, but I cannot recall which one.

If somebody sees one of their personnel around town, kindly take a look at 
their radio for me!

Nothing obvious found on RadioReference.

It used to be, and might still be, that animal control services for the 
District are provided under contract by the DC Humane Society, not by any 
governmental unit....
