[Scan-DC] Arlington County Deploys Broadband Technology for Marine Marathon

The headline is misleading. The County and others used Verizon's existing LTE network. They did not deploy any new broadband technology. LTE is already encrypted and secure. They used devices connected to the network to run specialized apps.
