[Scan-DC] What are the current Dulles tower frequencies?

My recent monitoring of IAD is not consistent with the widely-published tower frequencies. The published frequencies are: 

- Radio Reference: 120.1 (rwy 1R/19L); 120.25 (rwy 1C/19C); 134.425 (rwy 1L/19R and 12/30)  

- Airnav.com: 120.25 (rwy 01C/19C)  

- FAA Instrument approach procedures sheet: 120.1 (rwy 1R/19L); 120.25 (rwy 1C/19C); 134.425 (rwy 1L/19R and 12/30) (same freqs as Radio Reference)  

What I'm actually hearing, based on a plane spotting session at Dulles last weekend and monitoring from home today (where I can only hear the planes): 120.1 (rwy 1R/19L); 120.25 (nothing heard); 134.425 (rwy 1C/19C and 12/30).  Seems that 1C/19C has moved from 120.25 to 134.425, 120.25 is silent, and 1L/19R isn't being heard on any of the listed tower frequencies.

Any of you air buffs know what's up?
