[Scan-DC] Virginia state police

I am presently listening to both systems simultaneously on two seperate radios and VSP is good on both.

You should hear VSP on STARS always.
If you don't don't hear VSP on the FFX system it could be that there is an issue that affects that connection between the two systems.

What I have noticed is that I hear them during the day on the Fairfax police system (VSP1 & 2) then nothing on those channels in the evening. Then in the evening (not sure of the times) I hear VSP on their regular STARS system. Very odd.
