The short answer, for WTOP, is "everything."
Bob Marbourg designed a set-up which is a scanner-nut's dream. There about
half a dozen scanners, which were rack-mounted in the traffic studio by
Asst. Chief Eng. Art Rose. Art's ham call is W3TOP. There are also displays
of traffic cams and text alerts.
I speak to Bob every so often and I'll try to remember to ask him about his
specific setup.
