[Scan-DC] Alexandria: multiple shooting, 400 block of East Monroe Avenue

It seems like they were targeted. According to reports, the perp asked if
they were R or D members, then shot them.

Scalise has a security details - if not for them, all the members there
would have been killed. And there were many of them

Word just coming out Scalise and the officers will be okay.
