[Scan-DC] CAP Tonight?

Thanks to all for the responses. Didn't see anything hit local media but
that definitely must have been what my friend hear. May have heard them up
here in Silver Spring/Colesville as well. Assuming it was benign since
there was nothing on the news about it.
