[Scan-DC] Jet Down?

If it had 2 crewmembers, that would have to be an F-15E Strike Eagle...
F-15Cs are single crewmember aircraft.  I wasn't aware that any E-models
were stationed at Andrews, most of the east coast ones were at Seymour
Johnson in NC. ​
