[Scan-DC] Circus Train to pass through DC Monday night or Tuesday morning

According to a thread at Trainorders.com, the RBBB circus train will pass through DC Monday night or early Tuesday morning. Don't set your watch by this (if you still have a watch). RF&P frequency (yes, I know they don't call it that anymore) is 161.55 MHz. You can hear the equipment defect detector at Slaters Lane for miles around. There will be a big axle count.

Feb. 13 BLUE UNIT Train-Run from Raleigh NC to Philadelphia PA.  Presuming CSXT is the host RR for this move, then the route would be south to Hamlet, east to Pembroke, north on the A-Line to Richmond, then north on  the RF&P Subdivision to D.C. and Baltimore; former B&O to Philly.  Field sightings will be needed to confirm on departure day.  NOTE: 'last show in Raleigh begins at 3pm, so this train-run could get out of town before dawn if all goes well with the tear-down and load out, Sunday night.  (The show's management "hopes" to have the train rolling out of town between 2am and 5am, Monday morning; note the quotes ... they are key to any Circus Train-run's timing due to the enormous number of potential delays.)  This, if on CSX, would mark the FINAL RUN of the Blue Unit over the A-Line.

CSX personnel confirm they are to take Blue Unit to Philadelphia:  Blue Unit is to come through Hamlet, Rocky Mount, Richmond..... Hamlet Departure set for around 13:15 if they're on time*.... Richmond VA around 8pm-ish..... NOTE that RBBB prefers to have the trains run BEFORE scheduled times.
