[Scan-DC] MoCo encrypting Med Talkgroups?

I have been noticing encryption on several Montgomery County "79x" talkgroups this morning.
My scanner give a "busy signal" when encryption is used, and it sounds like they are testing with several hospitals, because there is encryption for a few seconds followed by a "I heard you loud and clear" acknowledgement in the clear.
Heard on 79F, 79A, 79D so far.
