Subject: [Scan-DC] DCNG

With so many National Guard being deployed this coming week, I was hoping
somebody could help us locate any tactical/company/discrete freqs that may
be in use by the Guardsmen. I am suspecting we are lacking the chit-chat
channel they use between the Humvees with those military radios.

In the past, we had confirmed the DCNG on 161.0 with an input of 158.0.
That was until Amtrak installed a repeater on 160.995 at Union Station.

Also, when the DCNG provided some air support for MPD, they often used
52.75.

During the last blizzard, we heard them on the DC P25 channels, including
the UCC/MA/MAF talkgroups.

The DCNG also uses 2179 on the DC P25 system but that sounds mostly like
security posts and quite a few for just the DC Armory?

Other than the handful of military vehicles parked at the DC Armory, where
else are the DCNG trucks parked? They seem to have a bunch of security
posts.

Please keep an eye open for the NG vehicles and what antennas are on them!

Thank you.
