[Scan-DC] P25 on 463.2375, or is it just me?

There are two FCC licensees on that frequency in the ULS within 25 km of Takoma Park: Cassidy Turley LLC and Fairmont Washington Hotel. Those two are within 100 m of each other so probably related.
