[Scan-DC] WMATA Trunked System?

So, my BCD436 can receive and render WMATA without a problem.
But my GRE and Radio Shack units cannot.
I've added all the frequencies listed in Sentinel to the GRE units, 
on the theory that they've changed the control channel, but that didn't help.
Any other ideas?
