[Scan-DC] WMATA Trunked System?

I have been having a lot of trouble trying to monitor the systems
using my SDR. I get some broadcasts crystal clear and others have tons
of digital noise. I am not sure if it is because some of the radios
are doing the digital encoding differently or if I am tuning to the
wrong frequencies. The custom frequency table is weird since it is
UHF.
Does anyone have any pointers on receiving WMATA?
They have been moving the control channel around to alternate
frequencies recently, so it could be that.
My recordings are up here: https://beta.openmhz.com/wmata
