[Scan-DC] Free Public Wi-Fi Coming to Area Near the White House Next Week

A bench appeared on Pennsylvania Ave at 8th Street *Southeast* this week.
It has two seats, a big solar panel, two USB charging ports, and it says
that it offers free wi-fi. The name on it is Soofa, and it looks like the
pictures on their website. It is marked "Sponsored by DC Parks and
Recreation", with no other advertising visible. I can't figure out who
makes money off this thing, but I wouldn't use the wi-fi without a VPN.
