There was a site, years ago that listed all the IFLOW Frequencies, by State.
Never recall seeing any for NCR with Frequencies only Site names/numbers.,
however as a note, some used CBP Repeaters 
to relay the Telemetry.

IFLOWS in VA/WV/MD and adjacent states used 169.575.  Often mistaken as
Federal, the stations, though joint with the National Weather Service, was
essentially managed by the respective state Emergency Management Agencies
(and thus FCC licensed).
