[Scan-DC] Suspicious package on the WW Bridge?

Seems to be a fairly major incident. As of a bit ago, a fire boat was off the Alexandria waterfront turning around water traffic. And PG Mass Casualty Unit has arrived on scene. Alexandria fire boat also on the scene. Fire operations are being handled by PG County.

And I've found a traffic cam, and there's no one on the bridge.  One
stopped police car on the westbound express lanes, and that's it.
