[Scan-DC] Helicopter crash near BWI rail station

Helicopter crashed along train tracks near BWI.

Fire department putting most units back in service. The 3 patients are apparently suffering only minor injuries. MSP Trooper 2 is arrived and sent back. All trains stopped. 

Brush fire ongoing. 

Decon for fuel soaked victims being set up by hazmat
