Did you mean km instead of nm? 300 nm is 556 km or 345 miles, which corresponds to a 4/3 earth radio horizon for a plane at over 50,000 ft. No commercial planes fly that high, and I doubt you're routinely getting over-the-horizon propagation at 1 GHz, so I'm not understanding how you can be receiving ADS-B over that distance. Thoughts?
