[Scan-DC] Map of ACARS position reports

If one has  not done it, you need to use one of the rtl-sdr dongles and look
at ADSB.  
One will see more information (including tactical callsigns) on closer
flights though you will probably not see ones as far away.
An ideal setup is to run both ACARS and ADSB (maybe you already do).
