[Scan-DC] Combat Air Patrols

Does anybody know if there's an exercise or any CAP activity today? I've
been hearing some jet noise that isn't explained by any of the flights on
my ADS-B device. I haven't been hearing anything on my scanners from the
CAP channels but it IS stopping on the channel every now and then but for
static only. Granted I'm using a pretty poor antenna.
