[Scan-DC] A list for analog users

US Park Police still very active on 166.925 and sometimes on 166.725.
MD State Police Rockville Barracks on 39.32.
Montgomery County school buses on former police frequencies in the 
494 MHz range.
Montgomery and Howard fire dispatches simulcast on analog frequencies.
