[Scan-DC] Possible shots fired Arlington 855 S Frederick St

One or possibly two RPs reported shots fired on third floor. PD is setting up a perimeter and preparing for entry. Arbor Heights apt complex, just off Columbia Pike. 

No confirmation of anything nefarious yet. 

TG is 1 not 510.
