I'm just driving up Fairfax County Parkway out of Springfield and I've passed at least a dozen Fairfax County police units all on marked a SWAT unit and a mobile command unit. All units were heading south on Fairfax County Parkway running code 4. Just wondering what's going on if anybody has heard? Sent from my iPhone
