Planitmetro.com look for the 2040 proposed rail network map. Comes close.

Greatergreaterwashington.org has some nice ones.

Also, look for an ADC map book, IIRC  they show rail lines. 

Kappamapgroup.com has a dc wall map I think shows what you're looking for.




belowthebeltway.org doesn't have maps but does have some interesting tidbits on the system as well as the congressional train system and normal heavy rail.

</div>It used to be the case that the street map issued by the DC Department of Transportation showed the location of the Metro right of way beneath the streets of DC. The newest print edition I have of one of those must be a good fifteen years old. I don't know if they publish those anymore.

Slightly off-topic question...
Does anyone know of a map that accurately shows the locations of the Metro tunnels underground? Not the regular stylized Metro maps, but a map that shows exactly where the actual tunnels run?
