[Scan-DC] Berkeley Cty WV freqs

453.96250 is all you need in the Eastern Panhandle.  This is a D.O.H.
repeater of the low-band VHF channels.  You'll hear everything.  You may
want to try and program in the talkgroups for the D.O.T. on the
RadioReference.com WV SIRN page found here:
http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=4076

If all you're interested in is hearing the snow plows, then that UHF
repeater for the D.O.H. is what you want.
