Technically the Anne Arundel Site is not completed on Maryland FiRST yet.
While they have decent coverage with Balt Site and the few Anne Arundel
Sites up, not all of the towers in Anne Arundel are functional.
According to a document by the Radio Control Board from September, the Anne
Arundel and Howard Sites will be fully up and accepted by June 2016.
