Ed T... sorry I didn't give a channel with the initial email.  I just
happened to catch some alternate channel cross talk about staging between
the dispatcher and one of the responding units.  That is when the dispatcher
updated to PD on the scene with the confirmed "man down".  I was unable to
get anything else since the rest was apparently on the north tower, and I
only get the south tower from my home.
