[Scan-DC] Bay Bridge-FIRST System

Hmmm..I went down to Sandy Point to eat my sammich and they were loud 
and clear. Some cars scratchy into the repeater tho. When I repaired to 
my digs in Arnold the system was dark again. I wonder if they are using 
a close in/low power repeater local to the bridge. I can copy Barrack S, 
Centerville, just fine still.
