[Scan-DC] Virginia STARS NACs

No. My STARS sites database mostly shows what is shown below for the 
seven divisions but also included are occasional "19E" and a few 
"293"(May be erroneous original sourced) such as an internet posting for 
Dumfries Scales as "293" which should have been "193" but I could not 
confirm it because of vhf unnecessary same frequency reuse by the techs 
which conflicts for example both the Fork Mtn/Waverly sites use the same 
Primary CC frequencies.  It makes no sense to me for such when there are 
sufficient lower 161 mhz. frequencies unused and available.  I don't buy 
the possible other frequencies conflict relationship argument.  Anyway,  
I tried to use whatever had been obtained from individuals monitoring 
mobile a particular site using Pro96Com captured files in divisions such 
as Div 4 and 6 especially which obviously I could not monitor.
