[Scan-DC] JLENS Broke Free from Tether

Sounds like a serious screw-up. 
When I flew back to DCA from Boston a couple of months ago, we flew past these. There were two flying over Aberdeen. Cool to see from a plane. I couldn't grab my camera fast enough to get a picture.
