Well I need to pay some bills - somehow - so I gotta sell my BCD396T. 
All accessories included, and the firmware is vers 3.1 (only 1 lower 
than the last release, and that was very minor). The scanner is in 
pristine shape

USD200 takes it, and I'll pay the shipping. Note that this unit cannot 
copy phase 2 systems (not even with a firmware change) so it will not 
work with FiRST or the PG county system. While the serial cable is 
included, you will need a USB-serial cable to connect it to your PC. 
Freescan (freeware) works fine with this radio
