[Scan-DC] Baofeng ???

Thanks, Dewey.  A bit too expensive for a radio with no real history.  I
did look at some of the other AT-3318 line and some say "Stun / Kill
feature".  No explanation - deathray or taser :-)?

Interesting product line.
