The one in the picture is at the southeast corner of Third Street and Constitution Avenue, NW. Fencing has gone up in the area, but traffic is as light as I've ever seen it. If you want to play street hockey in front of the Capitol, this may be your best chance.

CSX is running. I saw a helicopter moving slowly way over northeast DC; probably something to do with the Basilica. 

Reporting from my rooftop listening post, though not tomorrow. Didn't see anyone looking back.
