[Scan-DC] Fw: Device needing identification.

It's most likely the piezoelectric buzzer alarm to tell you to check the air pressure for the tractor / supply air to the trailer air brakes. This is required by the DOT.  If the air pressure is low (usually set around <90 PSI), the low air pressure warning will sound immediately.
