Surely some scanner listeners in Detroit heard it though. A film crew at the abandoned Packard plant in Detroit brought in, without permission, a tiger to use in filming. The tiger got loose. A few people set out to recapture the tiger. The video shows that one of them is armed with a Black and Decker hedge trimmer. Good luck with that.
