[Scan-DC] EMS dispatch frequencies for Commonweath of VA counties

I found the following on the web while doing a search on google. Very
interesting doc. It was written in 2013 so should be current for the most
part. Amazing the rural counties in VA are still using VHF-low for dispatch
but I can understand why. Oh and the 155.085 fire tone /voice dispatch just
mentioned Indian head hwy so I am guessing I am hearing a Southern MD EMS.
